WHERE YOU’LL STAY

LODGING

We will be staying at a beautiful private property called Five Star Retreat. With 430 acres of Tennessee's most beautiful rolling hills, a large lake and 3 scenic creeks, as well as a stunning lodge and conference center, and private cabins.

ACTIVITIES

Swim in the pool, canoe, kayak, paddle boat on the lake, fly fish in the creek, hike, or ride your ATV on over 20 miles of marked trails, or even shoot at our sporting clays stations or rifle and pistol ranges.

FAQ’S

What is the Intensive?

The Intensive is leadership training based in Nashville, TN for students 18 and up.

When should I apply?

As soon as possible! Applications are processed in the order that they are received and there are limited spaces available.

‍Application Deadline is March 20th.

What is the cost?

It is $850 per person.

(Includes meals Mon-Fri and room and board)

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer an Early Bird Registration discount. If you apply and pay the full price of tuition by February 15th, you will receive $100 off the price of your tuition.

What airport do I fly into?

Nashville International Airport (BNA).

How early can I arrive?

You may arrive as early as May 15th. If arriving before May 15th, you are responsible for your own transportation and housing.

How long can I stay after graduation?

You may stay as long as May 21st. If leaving after May 21st, you are responsible for your own transportation and housing.

Does Harvest Sound International offer a longer training program?

After the Intensive; students have the opportunity to apply for a 3 month Leadership Track through Harvest Sound & Fireplace.

This Leadership Track focuses on raising up and empowering leaders to be healthy, sustainable and purpose driven. During this time, you will be honing in your personal gift set to help grow you in your calling. There will be teaching, activation, outreach and ministry.
